DELIVERYCONDITIONS

Rogue and Vogue uses a 3rd party courier for all our deliveries which can take 1-5 days depending on what time the order is placed and your location in South Africa.
 
Once we have booked your parcel in with our courier, you will be notified by email of the tracking number as well as an estimated delivery date.
 

The stated delivery period within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.

You warrant that you will include the correct shipping address in all orders, and in the event of an incorrect address or incorrect information, we will not be liable or responsible for any loss you may suffer.

You agree that risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Our delivery cost may change, without notice to you, at any time.

All orders sent require a signature on delivery.

Rogue and Vogues obligation to deliver Goods to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. We are not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered to the physical address nominated by you.

Where we accept your order, we will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”).

We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

You agree that in the event of an undeliverable package, you will pay the cost of the re-shipment.

Force majeure

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
